Summary:
Allainet looking for
Web
Gurus.
You are an expert, confident and have great experience with Web
Application Development. You understand all aspects involved in the
development process and you maintain particular knowledge of large
web portals and/or community site creation.
All candidates must have extensive knowledge of:
• Handling highly-trafficked web sites.
• Security issues (holes) and prediction
• DB optimization
• Multi-server environment (Apache and Linux)
• Analyzing and designing enterprise-level web applications |

The candidate
must have |
|
• Advanced
understanding of server-side programming languages (JAVA or PHP or
.NET), XHTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of Security leaks like Cross Site Scripting (XSS),
SQL Injection, CRLF Injection, Code Execution, XPath Injection, Full
Path Disclosure, Cookie Manipulation etc.
• Complete understanding of Web 2.0 standards (including Rich
Internet Application
• Complete understanding of web 2.0 standards. Like Rich Internet
application techniques, optionally Ajax-based, Clean and meaningful
URLs etc.
• Advanced understanding LAMP is preferred.
• DB design w.r.t of high traffic web application, Database
Denormalization, and Query Optimization etc
• Solid management skills, proficient in leading and mentoring
individuals to maximize productivity, while forming cohesive team
environments.
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills with good
stress management skills to meet deadlines
Education & Experience
• MSc. (Software engineering/computer Science/Information
Technology), or at least BS (Hons.) Computer Sciences.
• Four (4) years of hands on experience in web development
