 Business Process

Allainet's process is grounded in getting to know our clients from the outset. It starts with pre-analysis of objectives and goals, which are adaptable to the specific needs of each client. This process helps deliver an ultimate solution within the timeframe set by the client and Allainet.

Allainet's approach provides the most cost-effective tools for our clients to deliver the most dominant online presence. An experienced team of pre-analysis strategists, business and project managers, developers and infrastructure specialists prepare a detailed evaluation of each client.

Allainet synthesizes its Internet expertise with our proven strategies to create the plan, which is delivered to the client for review. Upon final approval, a project manager is assigned, whose responsibility is to work closely with each client to deliver the most dynamic results.

Allainet tests each customized strategy through a pilot project, which allows us to gather and analyze sample data and let our clients know what to expect. Allainet's built-in tracking system provides each client with detailed reporting and strategic recommendations on what has been working well and what part of the process needs improvement. The team seeks new strategic opportunities to meet desired acquisition statistics and regularly evaluates the streamline process to stay on target with the client's goals.

 How do we do things?

Project Planing

The success of a project will depend upon the effort, care and skill you apply in its initial planning. The only way a plan can fail is if we failed to plan. The overall solution is planned with input directly coming from the client and our project managers. At this stage, we will make decisions about what to include in our online lectures, how to schedule the week-by-week progress of the performance, and what type of feedback or interaction we will require or encourage on the part of employees and end-customers.

With planning, projects can run on time and everyone can interact effectively with both customers and suppliers. Everyone involved understands what is wanted and emerging problems are seen (and dealt with) long before they cause damage.

System Analysis

This is the process of formulating a response to the systems needs that we have identified in the planning stage. At this stage, we should take into account not only the psychological characteristics of our intended audience, but also the technology (operating systems, screen size, communication link speed, etc.) that they will be using to access our solution.

Security Analysis

Security is one of the most important aspects of any e-Commerce strategy. A successful program will guard the server from would-be attackers using programs that will track and stop attacks from both external and internal sources. This is where we set objectives for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.

Testing & Quality

No plan is complete without explicit provision for testing and quality. As a wise manager, you will know that this should be part of each phase of the project. This means that no activity is completed until it has passed the (objectively) defined criteria, which establish its quality, and these are best defined (objectively) at the beginning as part of the planning.

When devising the schedule, we must therefore allocate time for this part of each activity. Thus our question is not only: "How long will it take?" but also: "How long will the testing take?" By asking both questions, we raise the issue of "how do we know we have done it right?" at the very beginning, and so the testing is more likely to be done in parallel with the implementation.

Task Allocation

Task Allocation is not simply a case of handing out the various tasks on our final lists to the people we have available; it is far more subtle (and powerful) than that. As managers, we have to look far beyond the single project. The allocation of tasks is seen as a means of increasing the skills and experience of our team -- when the project is completed, the team should have met or exceeded the initial planning objectives.

Initial Development

We can now elaborate on our outline by defining exactly how we will present each component. This is the time to make decisions about the overall visual appearance of the solution. A number of different approaches is presented to narrow down a decision that reflects our true image.

Check-In One

This is where we get together with our clients to make sure that all objectives and goals have been achieved and that the end solution is what was determined at the outset. Clients provide us with their feedback, which is used as a road map to the final modification.

Final Testing & Implementation

Final touches are put into place, along with the final testing. This is a process of checking that everything works as it is supposed to. A selected group of people carry out live tests.

Final Delivery

It’s time to go live and reap the rewards.

Maintenance & Weekly Updates

This is an ongoing process in which we compare the performance of what we have created to the mission and objectives that we previously set. The overall solution is to update on a regular basis in order to stay consistent with changing needs.
